Refund Policy

We are not able to issue refunds after medications have been shipped due to an inability to restock medicines that have been in contact with third parties to eliminate any possibility of contamination. However, if for reasons beyond your control, you do not receive your order or it arrives damaged, we will issue a full and immediate refund or send you a replacement order without further charge. For goods that are resent, please be advised that it will take approximately 7 business days for your reshipped order to arrive after we agree to resend it. If you do not receive your order by that time, we request that you email us using our Contact Us page so we can resolve the situation without further delay. When returning goods, please send the package using a Recorded Delivery service. This will ensure that your package is delivered safely and in a timely manner. Within 7 days of receiving your returned order, we will establish if it meets the criteria we adhere to and either resend the order free of charge or a full refund will be issued if the case warrants it. Any refunded amount includes receipts, postage costs and any other additional expenses that were incurred by you.

 

Recorded Delivery

Recorded Delivery refers to the fact that an order can be traced and is able to be tracked online. If your order does not arrive within 7 days after it is shipped for orders destined for delivery within the UK or within 14 days to all other destinations throughout Europe, you may approach us to track your order. In case we cannot prove that the order was dispatched to the address you provided, we will issue a full refund or dispatch a new order at your request. Please be advised that all merchandise needs to be returned within 15 days if you have received the wrong product. We will then issue a full refund or resend the correct goods free of charge. Returns need to be accompanied with an order confirmation email that we sent over at the time of order so we can locate your original order. If on the other hand, you are simply not satisfied with your order or product, please send over the unopened package along with the order confirmation email. Under these circumstances, we adhere to the following criteria with regard to issuing a full refund:

 

 

In the rare event that you receive damaged goods, we will try to rectify the situation as soon as possible. We request that you notify us as at the earliest opportunity and also provide an image of the damaged products. Depending on the extent and type of damage incurred, we may send replacement goods or ask that you return the damaged items at our expense. Please be advised that some orders may arrive later than others depending on location. If you wish to return an item, we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive the items you are returning and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not sent by Recorded Delivery.
