What products do you sell?

How do I place an order?

To order follow the steps below:

  • Select your desired medication along with the quantity you wish to order, then make your way to the checkout.
  • Enter your delivery address along with your email and telephone number carefully then select a payment option.
  • Check your email inbox for a payment request email and follow the instructions to complete payment for your order.
  • Sit back and wait for 2 to 3 days while your order is discreetly packaged in a plain envelope and delivered directly to your doorstep!

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major forms of payment such as visa/debit card and Bitcoin, along with Bank transfer upon request. After you place an order, you will be sent an email containing payment instructions.

We understand that erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and female sexual dysfunction are sensitive topics therefore all payments are taken using a generic company name (to protect your privacy) which is unrelated to medication in anyway – meaning no mention of the product ordered, or our website name, will appear on your bank statement.

Do I need a prescription?

No. Since 2017, sildenafil was reclassified from a prescription only medication (POM) to a pharmacy medicine (P), meaning since 2017 Viagra connect has been available for sale over the counter (OTC) in your local pharmacy!

At Boots, Lloyds and Superdrug, 4 x 50 mg Viagra Connect tablets currently cost £19.99 (£5 per 50mg pill), while on our website 8 x 100 mg generic Viagra tablets cost only £9.50 (only £1.20 per 100mg pill).

My bank just refused my payment. Why?

There are various reasons why your bank may decline your card or refuse to allow your payment to be taken. In such cases, you should get in touch with your bank and ask them to permit the payment.

Can I collect my order personally?

No, to ensure that all products and medication reach our valued customers on time and in the same condition that they are dispatched in, we use couriers and the postal services.

How will my order be posted?

All goods are sent in plain envelopes. Unlike many suppliers of ED medicine, we are physically located in the United Kingdom and all goods sold on our online pharmacy are sent to customers directly from our UK warehouse using recorded post. This means that you won't experience any unnecessarily long waits for delivery from overseas and you have no need to worry about your medication needing to clear customs in your name.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping timings will depend on your location and differ accordingly. Please contact us with details of your location for a reliable delivery date estimate. Generally, orders to the UK arrive within 2 to 5 days for standard post and 2 to 3 days for Recorded Delivery. Orders to the rest of Europe normally arrive within 5 to 7 days.

Will my order be trackable?

All orders are sent to dispatch with a unique tracking identification number which is normally available around 24 hours after completing payment. Orders are generally traceable online after 24 – 48 hours of making payment.

I have not received my order. What do I do?

We can help you! Please contact us using our Contact page so we can put a trace on your order. Usually, orders always arrive on time, however, under rare circumstances your delivery may be delivered slightly late due to problems with the postal service.

These issues usually resolve themselves within a day or two. Rest assured, we always ensure that our customers receive the goods that they have paid for even if we have to resend the goods free of charge in the extremely rare event of a parcel being lost in the post!
