Delivery Information


Standard and Recorded Delivery


For deliveries to the UK, standard post will take approximately 2 to 5 days to arrive while Recorded Delivery will take 2 to 3 days to arrive. For orders to the rest of Europe, including Southern Ireland, please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery. Orders are sent in discrete packages and your signature may be required once your package arrives. All orders will arrive free of any delivery charges.

Customers can pay with any Visa debit or credit card or by MasterCard. We do offer a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your order, however, our refund policy is subject to some conditions which you can view on our Terms and Conditions page. We will refund you the full value of your order if you do not receive your goods within 30 working days.



What you Should do if Your Order Does Not Arrive


In case you do not receive your order:



Check delivery date


If we sent your order through Recorded Delivery, you will receive it within 2 to 3 days in the UK and 5 to 10 days to other countries depending on your location. Please allow the above time limits to receive your goods before contacting us regarding late delivery.



Contact Customer Care


If the delivery date has been compromised or missed, please get in touch with our customer services representatives using our Contact Us page. We will then check your shipment with the postal service and if they are not able to help us resolve the problem, we will resend your order free of charge. In the event of a refund being issued, please be advised that the time the refund takes to process will be dependent on the bank’s processing time. Typically, this is no more than 5 to 7 days maximum. Please be advised that raising a charge back without getting in touch with our customer services department first is a legal offence and will be treated as credit card fraud. In such cases, both the card holder’s name and details, as well as the card, will be blacklisted and reported as fraud. This includes the card holder’s IP address, email address and delivery address. All of the information you provide will be kept secure if the user does not attempt to deceive us and ask for a fraudulent chargeback. The information you provide will not be given to any third parties and will only be used to contact a customer regarding their order.



Is a Prescription Necessary and Who can Order?


No it is not necessary. We do not ask for a doctor’s prescription for the generic medications we supply, however, we only accept orders from patients who are over 18 years of age.
